By Torsten Klaus. There are still topics humanities don’t deal with. What are the favourite colours undertakers wear in their leisure time? How do fish and chips apply to the concept of life after death? What role does pedicure play in the lyrics of punk music? But things get better. The pedicure matter has been dealt with by a Finnish punk band, at last. Successfully.
Thanks to Pertti Kurikkas’ Name Day. The band of four men with Down syndrome really rocks, undoubtedly. The movie „Punk syndrome“, screened at the Dokufest Prizren, proved it. This documentary mirrored the band: hilarious, but touching. Who invented the term mentally disabled? These men are capable of everything, ranging from deep thought to serious relationship. And they live punk. As others do in Prizren, too. But one story at a time, fellows. So much for today.
Go ahead with a series of images from hot Prizren, Dokufest at July 8, 2012.
